Viewing a List of Questions

You can generate and view a list of questions either as a registered member, or as a visitor to the website.

Generating a List of Questions as a Visitor

If you generate a list of questions as a visitor to the site, the list is limited to 10 questions, and is based purely on a selected diagnosis.

To generate and view a list of questions:

  1. Click Home from the top menu bar (on any web page) to go to the Home page of the website.

  2. Towards the bottom of the Home page there is a link that lets you generate a list of up to 10 questions without registering. Click this link.

  3. Select a diagnosis from one or more of the drop down list boxes and click Continue.
  4. Click Finish to generate the list.

Generating a List of Questions as a Signed-In Member

If you generate a list of questions as a signed-in member, the list is not only based on a selected diagnosis, but also parameters such as your age, gender, who the appointment is with, and whether you are getting better or worse. As such, this type of list is more 'personalised' than a list generated as a non-registered visitor to the site.

You must have registered and be signed in to generate and view this type of list of questions. You must also have created a case and an appointment.

In MyQuestionsMatter, a list of questions can be generated for each appointment. In order to determine the questions that appear in a list, the web site takes into account the case details and the appointment details. So, for example, a 50 year old man may well get a different set of questions to a 20 year old woman, even if the details of the appointment are the same.

To generate and view a list of questions for an appointment:

  1. Open a case.
  2. Click View Questions:
    View Questions
  3. Click either the Refresh button towards the right of the window, or Refresh in the Recommended Questions for this Appointment part of the window:
    View Questions
  4. The list of questions for the case/appointment combination is refreshed. An example is shown below.
