Registering with the MyQuestionsMatter Web Site

To register:

1. Click Register to open the New Member Registration form:





2. Complete the fields on the form and click .
3. Open your email package and look for the email that has been sent by MyQuestionsMatter. This email contains your password.
   
   
4. Use your email and password to sign in.

Compulsory fields, which must be completed, are shown with an asterisk against them on the form.

First Name

Enter up to 50 characters of free format text. This is a compulsory field.

Surname

Enter up to 50 characters of free format text. This is a compulsory field.

Initial

Enter one character of free format text. This is an optional field.

Title

Enter up to 10 characters of free fromat text. This is an optional field.

eMail Address

Enter up to 255 characters. This is a compulsory field and must be a valid email address. When you click at the bottom of the form, a password is generated and emailed to this address. You will not be able to sign in until you have a valid password.

Address

Enter up to 50 characters of free format text (per line) for your address. You must enter at least one line.

Town/City

Enter up to 50 characters of free format text. This is a compulsory field.

County/State

Enter up to 50 characters of free format text. This is an optional field.

Postcode/Zipcode

Enter up to 12 characters of free format text. This is an optional field.

Country

Select a country from the drop down list box.

Telephone

Enter up to 16 characters of free format text. This is an optional field.

Date of Birth

Enter your date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy. This is a compulsory field.
