Requesting a New Password

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one, which will be emailed to you.

To request a new password:

  1. Click the Click Here link at the bottom of the Sign In form:
    Click Here
    The Forgotten Your Password? form opens:

    2. Forgotten Your Password
  2. Enter the email address that is registered to your MyQuestionsMatter account and click Continue. The MyQuestionsMatter web site generates a new password and emails it to you.

If You Need to Set Up a New Account

If you have forgotten your password and can no longer use the email address you used to subscribe, you can create a new membership account.
