Deleting a Case

You must have registered and be signed in to delete a case.

Caution:

When you delete a case, you also delete all the appointments that belong to that case.

There are two ways to delete a case:

You may well have a list of cases that you have set up. You can delete one of them by clicking Delete from the Case List/Summary page:

      Delete Case

Alternatively, while you are viewing the list of appointments that belong to a particular case, click Click here to Delete this case towards the bottom of the page:

      Delete Case

In both situations you are prompted to confirm your deletion.
