Creating an Appointment

You must have registered and be signed in to create an appointment. You must also have created a case to which you can attach the new appointment.

Note:

You can have up to 999 active appointments.

To create a new appointment:

  1. Open a case.
  2. Click Click here to add a New Appointment to this Case:
    New Appointment

    The New Appointment form is displayed:

  3. Complete the fields and click Continue to create the new appointment.

Where is the appointment?

From the drop down list box, select where the appointment will be held.

Who is the appointment with?

From the drop down list box, select who the appointment is with.

Is the appointment an emergency or has it been planned?

From the drop down list box, select whether the appointment is an emergency or if it is planned.

What are you expecting to happen at the appointment?

From the drop down list box, select what the reason for the appointment.

When is the appointment?

From the drop down list box, select when the appointment is to be held.
