The drop down list boxes provide access to thousands of ICD medical conditions. In order to display the items in the drop down list boxes as quickly as possible, in some circumstances, the website restricts how many items are displayed at any one time.
If you are returning to the drop down lists boxes, having previously selected a diagnosis, you might find that the middle drop down list box only has one item in it, which is repeated once.
In order to display a complete set of items in this drop down list box that correspond to the condition selected in the first (top) drop down list box, click the bottom item (of the two) in the middle drop down list box. This refreshes the list.
