When you register with the MyQuestionsMatter web site, an email is sent to you containing your password. The password is generated by the web site, and will look something like: 65FdImNq8V. Sometimes it is difficult to determine whether the letters are in upper case or lower case, so when you type them in to the sign in screen you might mis-type them.
The best way to avoid mis-typing your password is to copy and paste it directly from the email. To do this: drag the mouse cursor across the password to highlight it, and then press Ctrl-C (press the Ctrl key and C key at the same time) to copy it. You can then paste it into the password field in the sign in screen by pressing Ctrl-V.
You can then change your password to something else by using the Edit Membership Profile screen.
