MyQuestionsMatter is all about helping you make the most of interaction with healthcare professionals. By recommending relevant questions for you to ask during an appointment or visit, we can help you to get the treatment you need and the service you expect.
Although you can generate a list of up to 10 questions without registering, you will get more out of the service if you register and create one or more cases and appointments. This is a simple three-step process:
Step 1
Tell us About You
When you subscribe to the MyQuestionsMatter service, you need to complete an online registration form. This tells us about who you are and whereabouts you are based.

Tell us About the Case
Once you have completed registration, you need to create a Case record, where you can describe the patient and the ailment you are concerned about.
